Mission Statement

Our first priority is to help educate and vocationally train some of the 35,000 street children who beg or sell small items every day on the streets of Kabul Afghanistan, and orphan youths. Our second priority is to create employment opportunities that help street beggars, orphans, and street business children directly through vocational and educational opportunities. These opportunities for training and employment will be primarily in Afghanistan but may include international opportunities. Two Sparrows Foundation, Inc. is an independent, self-governing non-profit firm. Accountability of funds to our donors, and the general public is our primary aim. We strive to run a lean charity – we want benefits of your funds going directly to the program recipients. Therefore, we keep our administrative costs extremely low. Our Board members and our officers work as unpaid volunteers. Funds generated will be put to work to help the poor, the needy, the impoverished, those less fortunate who, as street beggars, orphans, street business children, and other needy children, through no fault of their own, have found themselves in dire circumstances.
