The Two Sparrows Program is a project of Congressional District Programs, Inc., a reqistered 501 (c) 3 public charity.
The current policies implemented by this program are as follows:

All monies raised by the Two Sparrows Program are received by Congressional District Programs, Inc. and become the sole property of CDP which, for internal operating purposes, allocates the funds for the Two Sparrows Project . The Two Sparrows Program Manager makes recommendations for disbursement which are reviewed by CDP for approval.
