About us

The goal of Two Sparrows Foundation is to enable child street beggars, orphan children, young Afghan adults, and street business children to escape poverty by obtaining an accelerated education. Two Sparrows Foundation, Inc. intends to provide vocational or academic education for these children and young adults.

Staff

Neil F. Sleevi Program Manager and Executive Director

Neil has served in active and reserve military capacity for 41 years. He is a retired member of The Army Reserve and retired Department of Army Civilian. He has served on board of Armed Forces Insurance and has served as a Director at Sprint Corporation. His military service includes service in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam. He is currently employed by MPRI in Kabul, Afghanistan.
